the redesigned website had to be more colorful, more graphical and more direct
the naviation elements had to be visible, always – but should not obtruse the main content

the naviagation menu is split into two areas:
product navigation vertical on the left side,
all other navigation horizontal on top of the screen.

most of the continuative links are displayed on the right side to separate content from navigation
